Who is the face behind the business and who are the business clients

Kerry Hunt commenced business under the name of Accreditation & Training Services in 2000 after having left self-employment in real estate, later changing the business structure to a company in mid-2007.

Kerry was first introduced to road transport accreditation through her partner and truck driver, Robert Nicholson, who was told back in 1997 by a prime customer that .... if you don't become TruckSafe accredited, we won't load you anymore! It must be remembered that accreditation was unique in those days.

After wandering around in ever-increasing circles for months with no help available, Kerry drew upon her former legal and real estate backgrounds to develop a TruckSafe accreditation system in one folder officially endorsed by TruckSafe - this was to be a start of things to come.  Kerry and Robert found it an incredibly frustrating experience - they knew what they had to do but there was no-one available to assist in the setting up of the accreditation. 

This frustrating experience of the past has led to the primary focus of the business today. 

Through extensive study over the years, Kerry holds numerous qualifications in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Management Systems Auditing, Fatigue, Vocational Education and Training, Real Estate, and Assessment and Training, and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree through Open Universities Australia.  More recently Kerry has been certified as an Auditor through ExemplarGlobal (formerly RABQSA)

The years of hard work, experience and study is what now gives Kerry the ability to be flexible and versatile in any area of operations in order to assist clients of the business.
