Accreditation brings with it a need to comply with the Standards, and the components of any accreditation can be split into two aspects:

  • The generation of accreditation records
  • The management of those records

We excel in the management of accreditation records - this is our specialty, and we spend a vast number of hours creating spreadsheets and other management aids to make the task easier. As part of our management of client records we:

  • Collect records regularly
  • Scan records and monitor for conformance
  • Provide regular feedback and suggestions for improvement and corrective action
  • Ensure Non-Conformances are completed when identified
  • Complete Compliance Returns
  • Undertake Internal Reviews
  • Arrange and attend at scheduled audits
  • Liaise with the authorities on behalf of our client, an accredited operator

All that we ask of our clients is that they provide us with the correct records regularly, and act upon any instructions which we give when we identify that any activity is non-conforming.

We have strict procedures in place which ensure that our clients are informed at every stage as to the currency of their accreditation systems. This allows our clients to have peace of mind that their accreditations are compliant should the authorities wish to undertake a random or trigger audit, and has the additional benefit of leaving their time free to get on with their everyday transport activities and running their businesses.

More often than not, the cost of outsourcing the management of the records is far less than employing yet another person to manage the accreditation records.

If you are currently accredited and wish to retain control of your accreditation responsibilities, we can help you to identify any gaps in where you are at to where you need to be - this is called a gap analysis. The gap analysis process enables you to put alternative procedures into place which better comply with the requirements of the accreditation standards.

If this is you, we would love to help you to achieve your goals.
